• Generated outputs (analysis reports).

Uploaded documents may include sensitive information (such as health or financial details). By uploading, you consent to our handling of such information for the limited purpose of analysis.

• Analyse uploaded documents and provide outputs.

• Process documents using artificial intelligence (AI) provided by third-party partners, including ChatGPT (OpenAI).

• Communicate with you and improve our services.

• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not provide financial advice, legal advice, or make insurance recommendations.

3. Treatment of Uploaded Documents & Reports

• Secure deletion: All uploaded documents are automatically and securely deleted after analysis, consistent with APP 11 and industry best practices.

• Retention: Only anonymised Covermate analysis reports (containing no personal information) may be retained.

• Broker referrals: Where you request referral to a broker, we may share an anonymised report with a broker in our network.

4. Overseas Disclosure

• As part of AI analysis, documents may be transmitted to service providers located outside Australia, including in the United States.

• By using the Tool, you consent to this overseas transfer.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We may disclose information:

• To our AI analysis providers (including ChatGPT) solely for generating outputs.

• To brokers in our network, but only where you have requested a referral and only anonymised reports are shared.

• To service providers who host or secure our systems.

• To regulators or authorities if required by law.

We will never sell your personal information.

6. Storage & Security

• Information is stored on secure servers in Australia and overseas.

• We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
